I know theyre all free, but use your free space for the NASA apps!

Its a nice set of images but if you email one of them to someone, it plasters a advertisement across the center of the image. Real Nice! The images are fun to look at but dont have much use beyond that. I was hoping to be able to use them as wallpaper on my iphone but doesnt look like that will work.

Quality of pictures not up to iPhone 4 Sorry and am disappointed

The picture collage is an innovative concept for browsing lots of pictures. I wish there would be more informational content.

If anyone from the AMNH reads this, please please add a way to mark certain images as favorites and return to them easily. Also, it would be cool to be able to see which images have been favorited the most by other users.

Those who love the look of space and universe should get this. Im loving it. All it need is a favorite section where we can save our favorite pictures. This is a great app. P.s audio features would make this app a 5*. just dont hire oprah lol

I love astronomy and this app has a faire share of images from space, so Im heppy.

Cosmic Discoveries application is astronomically enjoyable and functional! Tinkering with the mosaic has been a facinating discovery of photographs, and information. It provides learning along with challenging fun to space between ones ears. Our minds creativity!

Great free app

This is an awesome app, and a great way of finding new astronomical photos. However, I have had the program lockup or break several times when sending an image. If you are in portrait mode and open the address book, it will come back in landscape mode, but the view is completely messed up. The only way to recover is to quit the app, and start over - hoping you can find the image you were on. Ive also had it lock up another time after hitting send, then confirmed. It never sent, and had to quit the app to recover.

Great to look at, but when I hit info it crashes.

The pictures are great and the collage is impressive, however, there was little or no information provided about each of the images. There is photo after photo of interesting images with great stories to be told and I wonder what most of those background stories are, after seeing that pressing the info button results in just a name or location and not much else, if that. There was a missed opportunity in putting a lot more information in the app and into the minds of the viewers.

Its a great app! Retina display? Please fix.

i didnt use it yet, but, does it work good on the new iTouch or is it super buggy?

I think its a nice app the pictures are cool but every time I click the screen it goes back to the home screen.

Informative and good concept, just not great quality pictures. It still has the crash issues also : (
